01What do I need to send for an initial review?+
The project location, current stage, a short brief and any available documents are normally enough for the first conversation. A project file is helpful, but not required.
02Can a single service be appointed separately?+
Yes. Concrete, steel, project management and BIM can be appointed independently or combined within one coordinated scope.
03What happens after I submit an enquiry?+
We review the brief, contact you to clarify the scope, responsibilities and deliverables, then confirm the appropriate next step. Where the scope is clear, we prepare a project-specific proposal.
04At which project stages can ROVAD become involved?+
We can support feasibility and concept development, preliminary and detailed design, tender support and construction-stage coordination. The exact role is confirmed in the proposal.
05How are sensitive documents handled?+
Document uploads are temporarily unavailable. Send a short project description first; we can then agree an NDA and a suitable way to share sensitive documents.
