This notice explains how ROVAD PARTNERS L.L.C. handles project enquiries. Document uploads are temporarily unavailable. It complements the Privacy Notice and Document Retention Notice.
What we receive
Your name, email, optional company and phone details, project description, selected service and stage, and consent record. This form currently accepts no documents.
Why we use it
To assess your enquiry, clarify scope and confidentiality, prepare a possible appointment or proposal, and maintain an accountable record of the conversation.
Where it is kept
Enquiry records are stored in a protected database. Access is restricted to authorised operators. Submitted information is not published on the website.
Documents
Send a project description first. Before sharing documents, contact ROVAD to agree an appropriate transfer method and, where needed, an NDA.
Retention
Enquiry records are reviewed according to their continuing purpose and any applicable contractual or legal duties. Contact ROVAD to request a correction or deletion review.
Sharing and service providers
Data is not published or sold. Infrastructure providers process what is needed to host the website and store enquiries. Email notifications require a separately configured delivery service.
