Privacy Notice
This notice explains what information the website receives, why it is used and the choices available to you. The website is operated by ROVAD PARTNERS L.L.C., a limited liability company registered in Kosovo.

Data controller
ROVAD PARTNERS L.L.C. is the operator of this website and determines how project-enquiry information is handled. Its registered office is at Dëshmorët e Kombit 68, Prishtina, Republic of Kosovo. The company can be reached using the contact below while its domain-based privacy email is being activated.
Information we receive
When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, message and consent record. You may also provide a company name, phone number, location, service, project stage, budget range, deadline and one PDF. Limited technical request data may be processed to protect the service, prevent abuse and investigate errors.
Why we use it
We use the information to review your request, clarify scope and confidentiality, communicate with you, prepare a possible proposal or appointment, protect the website and maintain an accountable record of the enquiry. We do not use project-enquiry data for unrelated advertising or automated decisions.
Basis for handling
You submit the enquiry at your request and confirm that ROVAD may store the information and contact you about the project. Where applicable, information may also be handled to take steps before a contract, meet legal duties or protect legitimate security and record-keeping interests. You may withdraw consent for future consent-based handling, without affecting earlier lawful handling.
Storage and security
Enquiry records are kept in protected database storage and optional PDFs in private object storage. Attachments are not exposed through a public file URL or attached to notification emails. Access is restricted to authorised administrative accounts and relevant actions are logged. No online system can promise absolute security, so sensitive material should be shared only after an NDA and suitable transfer method are agreed.
Service providers and transfers
Hosting, database, file-storage, security and notification providers process only the information needed to deliver those services. ROVAD does not sell enquiry data. Provider locations, contractual terms and safeguards are reviewed as each production service is activated and recorded in the company’s internal processing register.
Retention
Every uploaded document receives an initial review date approximately six months after receipt. Retention is then decided according to whether the enquiry is inactive, progressing toward an appointment, subject to a legal or security need, or transferred into an active project record. Your rights
Subject to the applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a review of how your personal information is used, and may object where a relevant legal basis allows it. You may also contact the Information and Privacy Agency of Kosovo. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
Cookies and analytics
The website does not currently use advertising cookies, remarketing pixels or cross-site behavioural tracking. Any aggregate website analytics introduced for launch will be configured without marketing profiles and documented here before activation.
Legal framework and updates
This notice is intended to operate under Kosovo Law No. 06/L-082 on Protection of Personal Data and, where relevant to an appointment or market, applicable European data-protection requirements. Material changes will be shown by a new version date.
